Introduction

Why is it needed

Unfortunately, traditional methods of monitoring systems can be overwhelming, time-consuming, error-prone, and it often requires to travel onsite.

The challenge was to build a solution that allows any authorized person to monitor a warehouse from anywhere in an easy but secure way.

Solution

The centralized service portal (CSP) is a combination of software/hardware components that allows a user to monitor multiple warehouses available through a simple yet secure web interface.
